PAYMENT TERMS
Rush Tan invoices are due immediately upon completion.
Regular Tan invoices are due within 10 days of the invoice date.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a 2% per month finance charge. Invoices not paid within 4 months will become the property of Hibler Hides LLC.
Bounced checks will incur a penalty fee of $35.00.
EXTRA CHARGES
To compensate extra labor, extra charges will be due for the following services

improper field preparation
-
extra preparation required for improperly skinned and fleshed hides. Ex. (excessive meat left on hide, eyes/nose/lips/hooves/paws not being turned enough, hides not salted properly ex. skin on skin folds with out salt)

long capes
Extras charges will be figured by the amount of time the the extras services require.
RUSH CHARGES
14 day wet tan: 100% extra cost
21 day dry tan: 100% extra cost
LIABILITY POLICY
In the event that damage occurs to your items while in the possession of Hibler Hide LLC, Hibler Hides LLC liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the fair market value of the item at the time of the loss, damage, or delay. Hibler Hides LLC under no circumstances, shall be liable for extra, consequential, or special damages, no matter how caused. By remitting skins for tanning, you agree to limit damages as set forth above and according to the terms above. You understand that, due to many factors that have an affect on the final result of fur dressing, all tanning is accepted at the owner's risk, and Hibler Hides LLC cannot and does not guarantee a specific result.
We reserve the right to refuse to process and handle skins that are unfit to be tanned.
